Did you know October is National Pasta Month? Bellagarde Bakery is celebrating accordingly with freshly made pasta starting on Tuesday, October 1. They plan to offer the pasta in a variety of shapes from their retail store at 8300 Apple Street. The pasta is made with 100% freshly stone-milled flour straight from the bakery.
Available pasta varieties include:
- Casarecce: 100% Organic Wheat
- Malfaldine: 100% Durum Flour
- Rigatoni: 100% Durum Flour
- Spaghetti: 100% Organic Wheat
- Strozzapreti: 100% Organic Wheat
Bellagarde Bakery is open Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-3pm. 8300 Apple Street.
