Beloved Thai Pop-Up Gets Permanent Home in the Marigny

Budsi’s Authentic Thai, a pop-up favorite around Pal’s Lounge in Mid-City, has found a new home! The team behind Budsi’s, a husband and wife duo – Budsaba and Jared Mason – shared that they will open a permanent spot in a former church building located in the Faubourg Marigny.

They plan to offer all classic dishes that they offer at the pop-up at Pal’s, as well as new dishes that we can’t wait to try! Some favorites include drunken noodles, sticky rice, and other Thai specialties.

Budsi’s will be located at 1760 N. Rampart Street. They hope to open by the end of April. Until then, catch them at Pal’s while you can.
