Big Freedia has been all over our news feed this week. After hosting a Livestream event from the banks of the Mississippi, Freedia is back again with a new twist, cooking.
The Queen of bounce will host a series of live, outdoor cooking demonstrations from City Park’s botanical gardens every Thursday for the month of July. “Garden Cookout With Big Freedia” will begin this Thursday, July 2. Unfortunately, the tickets for this week’s event are sold out, but you can catch the first episode via a Livestream on her website and social media channels.
Freedia has actually been hosting two cooking shows on social media since quarantine started.“Whatcha Cooking Wednesdays” and “Sunday Gospel Brunch” have been two popular events fans have enjoyed throughout April, May, & June.
