City Park’s Brews & Boos Returns This Friday With John Krasinski’s ‘A Quite Place’

City Park Brews and Boos horror movie series is back this Friday, Aug. 28 with ‘A Quiet Place.’ This 2018 horror flick stars Emily Blunt, and her husband, and notable Office alumni John Krasinski.

The first screening of the series, which kicked off last week, featured Jordan Peele’s ‘Us.’ The admission fees to these awesome outdoor events include beer! Brew and Boos will take place in the field next to the Popp Fountain, and those attending will be asked to maintain social distancing while watching the film.

The admission is $35 and includes the following beer selections: Michelob Ultra, Urban South Brewery’s Paradise Park, Modelo Especial, and Bud Light. Guests can also choose from Tito’s vodka Jell-O shots, salted peanuts, and a raffle ticket to win beer-themed prizes. If you are looking to jump on this deal, you may want to hurry. Each screening has a capacity of only 50 people. 

The Brews and Boos series continues with “Shaun of the Dead” on Sept. 4 and “It Follows” on Sept. 11. You can grab your tickets via this link here!  Those planning to attend can bring their own blankets and chairs. Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and screenings start at 8 p.m.
