‘Late Night Game Night’ Sets Comedy Fire at New Movement

The comedy clubs “50 First Jokes” event, which gathered local comics around to toss jokes in communal fashion, was 2019 energy. Ten plus people took the stage to launch zingers ranging in subjects from Melania Trump, to your mother’s female hygiene.

Big laughs all around helped New Movement Theater burst into the New Year proper. Now, the comedy club is ready to keep the hits rolling. A full calendar of wise-cracking entertainment gets off to a great start with January’s Late Night Game Night series.

Late Night Game Night, created by Michael David, is just what it sounds. Every Friday of the month at 9:30, comics will collect to give you their take on popular games played dirty. The twisted competition, hosted by Carson Rapose, is sure to kill. Of his program, David says,

“Carson’s dry and sarcastic humor combined with the outrageous and unpredictable comedians makes for one hilarious hour of entertainment.”

Judging by the first event of the year, you’ll want to put this on your plate.
