Bijou

What: A contemporary neighborhood bar, restaurant and lounge located in the French Quarter led by Executive Chef Eason Barksdale. Chef Barksdale’s career includes 14 years of experience and training under Chef Susan Spicer.

What: The tasting menu at Lengua Madre tell a story via highly acclaimed Chef Castro “about the food that shaped her.” Each course carries a “plot point” showcasing her passion for cooking and Mexican heritage fusion. What: Specialty restaurant serving Thai favorites including curries, soups, and Thai salads made with protein such as meat and seafood. The recipes are all Aom Srisuk’s, Pomelo owner and Thai native, own, and she also does most of the cooking.

What:Taking the place of Longway Tavern in the French Quarter, The Will & The Way opened in 2021 as “an act of social restoration.” From charcuterie and burgers to salads and bar snacks, grab a bite and enjoy a cocktail while taking note of the preserved 18th century architecture and brick-lined courtyard – one of our favorite outdoor spots in the city.
