The Parkway Tavern Thanksgiving Po Boy Is Offically Here

Parkway Tavern is one of those NOLA Po Boys shops that stand the test of time. Through decades of social change, flash floods, hurricanes, and anything else thrown its way, this Mid-City gem stands strong.

If you’re like me, a large serving of the messy roast beef swamped with gravy is right up your alley. With that being said, maybe your next trip to Parkway you might change it up a little bit.

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and Parkway just unveiled its trendy Thanksgiving Po Boy. If you are unfamiliar with the sandwich it features breadcrumb dressing, white & dark turkey meat, cranberry sauce, and of course gravy. It’s a one of a kind Po Boy created by a one of a kind Po Boy shop.

Now, there is one side note. This baby is ONLY available on Wednesdays, and we can guarantee that you will find a line wrapped around the building waiting to get their hands on it. Our advice is to plan accordingly and come hungry!

Parkway is also partnering up with Port Orleans to help raise money for cancer. You can see their full post below, and get ready for Parkway Thanksgiving all month!

Watch how this amazing Po-Boy is created here!
