Ruby Slipper Cafe, all-day New Orleans-born brunch restaurant, has a new restaurant in the works. Situated on 4236 Veterans Boulevard, Ruby Slipper will open its second Metairie location in Summer 2022, their ninth location in Louisiana. The Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group operates more than 20 restaurants throughout the South including multiple in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida.
Ruby Slipper Cafe is known for their unique take on brunch classics, plus eye-opening cocktails. Nothing says brunch like a massive mimosas and half a dozen twists on eggs benedicts (try saying that five times fast!).
