Tank and the Bangas Take Off on New Single ‘Spaceships’

Coming just ahead of a marquee tour with Big Freeda and Naughty Professor, New Orleans grown Tank and the Bangas sends a rocket up to the musical heavens with their newest single, “Spaceships”.

From start to finish, the track bounces with energy, bringing to life the momentum the group has been riding since their NPR Tiny Desk win. “Tank” Ball is as agile in her vocal stylings as we’ve ever heard, dripping bars over a beat that is likely to catch as much play at a pregame party as it will over your car speakers.

The video matches the heat and momentum of the band’s arrival, laying to question whether the dream of having it all is really worth it, if you’re not putting on how you want to be.
