A massive 30-inch water main break near Tulane’s campus has caused flooding in some uptown streets. The break has flooded South Claiborne Avenue between Audubon Boulevard and Palmer Street, according to NOLA Ready.

SWB says they were first alerted to the water main break at around 1:30 am. The believe the 30-inch water main break is due to aging infrastructure. They tell us the pipes affected are between 100-120 years old. @WWLTV pic.twitter.com/TOr0DDd7w3
