On Saturday, November 15, The Deep is back with a special two-part experience featuring two unique sets from Amtrac — one open-air and one immersive — that promises to light up the city in true NOLA fashion.
The evening begins at The Midnight Train at Maison Maison from 5–10 p.m., where Amtrac will perform an in-the-round, golden hour set surrounded by the energy of the riverfront. Expect support from Clabdat and Lewican (of Zuppartytime), along with a curated lineup of art vendors, light installations, and projection mapping, plus VIP access aboard the train itself.
Once the sun sets, the night continues at ARORA NOLA — the home of The Deep — for another unforgettable Amtrac set, complete with floor-to-ceiling projection mapping and Funktion-One sound. Born Caleb Cornett, Amtrac is a Kentucky-bred, Los Angeles-based producer, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist known for blending deep house textures with indie sensibilities and emotional songwriting. Over the past decade, he’s become a fixture in the electronic scene with releases on labels like Openers, Anjunadeep, and Toolroom, crafting tracks that balance dance-floor energy with introspection.
From shimmering synth lines to driving bass grooves, Amtrac’s sound feels equally at home in sunrise festival sets and late-night clubs.
