After a 2-year closure due to COVID-19, Couvant reopened their doors for business with a new Executive Chef, but the same gorgeous atmosphere that locals loved. Leading the charge is New Orleans native and Executive Chef Ryan Pearson.
The French-inspired Brasserie features fare inspired by New Orleans’ French roots with a twist, a la Chef Pearson. After working abroad in Paris and New York, Chef Ryan Pearson returned to the New Orleans culinary scene. In France, Pearson was a Chef Consultant helping open the first high-end New Orleans Brasserie in Paris. He curated dynamic dishes inspired by New Orleans, but with original French products and ingredients.
