Krewella Returns To New Orleans to Host ‘Fright Night’ Halloween Party This Saturday

October in New Orleans means a few things: The summer finally ends, cool weather finally arrives, and Halloween always brings out the best of New Orleans.

There is just something magical about Halloween in NOLA. From amazing house decorations to haunted ghost tours, October has to be among a top month for events in this city.

While the decorations are endless, and the weather is just right, we are of course missing out on one of the best features of the Fall: The Music. From Voodoo Fest to endless events and shows, October brings out the best in New Orleans music.

One event we’ve had circled for some time now is The Metropolitan’s & AMPS Events annual Halloween Party, Fright Night. The venue is known to throw some of the best dance events in the city, and this one is no different. Returning to Metro and NOLA for the first time since 2017, are sisters Jahan and Yasmine, aka Krewella.

The duo have been pioneers in the dance music scene since 2011. Fans love their high-energy and intoxicating voices, not to mention their dub-heavy drops. Jahan and Yasmine make their return this Saturday, and fans can expect a throwback night of classic dance music jams mixed in with some new-age production.

So whether you’re out and about in the city or looking for the perfect after-party for Voodoo Fest, Metro and AMPS have you covered!

Fright Night kicks off at 9PM this Saturday 10/26. Tickets are still available. You can purchase them here!
