New Orleans
NBA All Star Weekend is a showcase of amazing talent on and off the court; a gathering of some of the biggest superstars in both the music and entertainment world. Last night was no exception as Lebron James hosted The BeatsXNola party, featuring some of the biggest rappers in the game, including Wale, Lil Wayne, 21 Savage, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, and Future.
No New Orleans blow out would be the same without an appearance by New Orleans native, Lil Wayne.
The rapper was in town to celebrate both All Star Weekend and Cash Money’s 20th anniversary. Lebron James was happy to orchestrate the reunion between the Cash Money Family. Explaining to the crowd, that he grew up listening to the New Orleans legends.
Wayne joined 2 Chainz on stage, along with the members of the Hot Boyz (Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Turk) for a surprise cameo appearance. Dropping such tracks as “Set it off” “Go DJ’ and “Bling Bling”
