This Week in New Orleans: Silent Disco, Chef Battle & Rob Thomas

This week in New Orleans — it’s gonna get fun! As always, the Big Easy has several events for party-goers to choose from. Tonight, Carmine P. Filthy & Tristan Dufrene take the stage for a little house music at Okay Bar. This Saturday, Republic NOLA & Dohm Collective are teaming up for a Customer Appreciation Silent Disco. Wanna get funky? Check out Bag of Donuts at Ochsner Fitness Center pool party then head to Tipitina’s for Khris Royal & Gravy!

Looking for something a bit more low-key? NOMA – New Orleans Museum of Modern Art is debuting its new “Bodies of Knowledge” exhibit this Friday. At the Marigny Opera House, Dvorak’s Serenade of Strings is sure to be a culturally beautiful event. And the LGBT Film Festival opens this weekend as well.
