Early Risers: this new special at Birdy’s Behind the Bower is for you!
Birdy’s Behind the Bower, the semi-new kid on the block, is serving up “Southern-inspired, locally-sourced American cuisine” on Magazine Street. Known for all-day brunch and Southern-inspired fare, Birdy’s is kicking off an Early Bird Happy Hour on Wednesday, March 15 that will feature weekday morning cocktail and food specials from 8am – 10am.
Choose from a variety of discounted specialty cocktails including Brunch Punch – barrel-aged rum, pineapple, orange, grenadine and cherry; Sangria – 19 Crimes red wine, pineapple, and citrus; Prosecco Margarita – tequila, triple sec, lime and prosecco; and a rotating Punch of the Day.
Early Bird Happy Hour food specials include Deviled Eggs with whipped egg mousse, fried Louisiana crawfish tails and a hot sauce reduction; Classic Breakfast and a Cup of Coffee – two eggs any way, bacon, house made tots and toast; a Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich with dill slaw, B&B pickles and aioli on a brioche bun served with a side salad, and more.
