Bywater American Bistro is stepping up their games with a special drive through: jerk edition. Chef Nina Compton, Larry Miller, and Chef Levi Raines are introducing the concept on Sunday, May 3.
Diners driving through can enjoy Jerk Whole Hog (1/2 lb $15); Jerk Chicken (1/2 bird $15); and Jerk St. Louis Style Ribs (1/2 rack $15). Each dish is served with roasted yams, Coco Bread and homemade Jerk sauce. Also available will be house-made Mai Tai cocktails and wine.
To place your order, call the restaurant next Thursday-Saturday from noon to 4-pm. Orders must be placed by Saturday, May 2nd at 4pm. Pickup will be on Sunday starting at 4pm for a delicious dinner!
