Those Tigers finished the job. After a remarkable 14-0 year, the LSU football team capped the greatest season in LSU history with a resounding 42-25 win over Clemson.
The Tigers were down early, their biggest deficit of the season, but rallied to outscore Clemson 35-8 from that point on. Joe Burrow continued his amazing season and carried LSU over the top. It’s been an ugly taste in the mouth since LSU got thumped in the 2011 national championship, and it sure felt good to finish the job.
So if you’re an LSU tiger, how do you celebrate? Only with a post-game celebration-worthy of the best. From cigars, old players returning, and an amazing atmosphere.
