This May & June, NOLA Welcomes Back LGBTLOL National Queer Comedy Festival

The third annual LGBTLOL Queer Comedy Fest has added Austin-based comedian Arielle Isacc Norman as headliner and launched full festival passes – available for sale now at LGBTLOL.com. The festival, running from May 30 to June 2, 2024, will feature stand-up comedy shows promoting inclusivity, intersectionality, and representation at various queer-friendly and queer-owned venues.

Ryan Rogers, a native of New Orleans and co-founder of the festival, expresses the aim of elevating LGBTQIA+ comedians across America and fostering unity among queer performers through LGBTLOL. Joining Norman as headliners for LGBTLOL 2024 are Storhm Artiste from Atlanta, GA, Ray Earl, and Seth Robichaux from Las Vegas, NV.

“In our third year, we’re aiming to bring a new level of attention and visibility to America’s LGBTQIA+ comedians….LGBTLOL continues to serve as a national project where queer performers from around the country can unite in the spirit of amplifying queer voices.”- Festival co-founder Ryan Rogers. “

The festival will showcase a diverse lineup of LGBTQIA+ performers from different parts of the country, including Cindy Arena from Rochester, NY, Rachelle Cochran from Portland, OR, Jose Da’Hype from Austin, TX, Ren Dawe from Denver, CO, and many others. Local LGBTQIA+ talents and allies will also grace the stage, featuring names like Ryan Rogers, Aftan Captain, Laveau Contraire, Tommy ‘Tee Ray’ Bergeron, and more.

Taking place at various venues across New Orleans such as The Howlin Wolf, American Townhouse, Virgin Hotels NOLA, and Comedy House NOLA, among others, the festival promises four days of laughter and celebration. Early bird passes are now available for purchase on LGBTLOL.com.
