Acclaimed stand-up comedian Ryan Rogers is back with his bold and unfiltered sophomore album, GIRL BYE, dropping June 6, 2025, via Burn This Records.
A follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut, She Is Me, the new album dives headfirst into topics like addiction, gay marriage, homophobia, and family — all with Rogers’ signature wit and edge.
Recorded live at a sold-out show at New Orleans’ Sports Drink Comedy Club, GIRL BYE showcases Rogers at his most fearless. “If you don’t laugh, you’re a bigot,” he jokes. “We’re all looking for a way to cut through the anxiety of living in America right now — that’s what this album does.”

To test the material across audiences, Rogers spent a year performing at both conservative dive bars and packed queer venues. “As a gay comedian, I feel judgment from within the LGBTQIA+ community and hate from homophobes — before I even open my mouth,” says Rogers. “So I took this act to the most polarized spaces in the country. This album calls out the absurdity of the moment we’re in.”
A filmed version of GIRL BYE, directed by New Orleans filmmaker David Culotta, premieres the same day on OFTV — bringing the raw energy of the live performance to screens everywhere.
The video version of “GIRL BYE,” directed by local filmmaker David Culotta, will premiere the same day on OFTV — offering fans a front-row seat to the electric energy of the live show.
