This spring, a new chapter begins in New Orleans as TRNSCND: Music & Arts Festival makes its debut at Mardi Gras World on March 13–14, 2026. Built for fans who crave variety, intention, and discovery, TRNSCND introduces a two-day experience that seamlessly blends electronic, hip-hop, funk, and more into one immersive weekend.
“TRNSCND was created to exist outside of one sound or one scene,” said Jeremy Comeaux. “New Orleans has always been a city that thrives on cultural crossover, and this lineup reflects that energy… artists who push boundaries, take risks, and bring something real to the stage.” – Jeremy Comeaux, Founder
New Orleans has been sorely missing and highly anticipating a new festival announcement since the loss of Voodoo in 2019 and Buku in 2022. TRNSCND hopes to fill this gap, bringing international talent while lifting the heart and soul of the New Orleans music community with a strong, locally-rooted support lineup. Founder, Jeremy Comeaux, has high hopes to grow bigger and better year after year.
As an independent promoter, without the support of Live Nation or AEG, he has connected with any and all local promoters, publications, production companies, vendors, marketing and creative teams, and so much more. With a list of partners including Dohm Collective, Lacuna Productions, Foshow Marketing, Mainstage Productions, Crew Call, Boner Visuals, Republic, Arora, Riverbeats, and vendors including Glitter Nymph, She Comes in Peace, Mr. Balloon Hands, Señor Taco, and so many more, Comeaux is building his own homegrown krewe to last for many years to come.
This inaugural lineup is anchored by Lupe Fiasco, Mike Posner, and The Funk Hunters featuring Chali 2na, setting the tone for a weekend that prioritizes artistry as much as energy. From high-impact dance sets to live instrumentation and lyric-driven performances, TRNSCND’s first year brings together a thoughtfully curated mix of established names and rising talent.

Electronic and bass-forward highlights include Ship Wrek, Wuki, Reaper, Henry Fong, Biscits, Jackie Hollander, NotLö, and Kendoll, while special collaborative and live moments define the heart of the festival. These include Sunsquabi (feat. Chris Karns), Kill Safari (Bro Safari x Kill The Noise), Koastle (Live Set with DLG.), Wub Zero (Honeycomb x Chris Karns), Pell performing with a live band, and The Iceman Special (with special guest Flávia).
The hard-hitting local undercard includes Kidd Love, Wake an’ Blake, Dr. Romance, GNVRLY, Nilla, Pretty Na$ty, and more.
Set inside the industrial-meets-art backdrop of Mardi Gras World, TRNSCND will feature five stages, immersive art installations, and curated experiences designed to encourage exploration and connection… a festival built with intention rather than excess.
For those seeking an elevated experience, VIP passes unlock an open bar happy hour from 6 PM to 10 PM, access to private bathrooms and viewing areas, and expedited entry. Private sections are also available and include premium liquor and unlimited mixers.
Presale begins Wednesday at 10 AM CT, with general on-sale Friday at 10 AM CT. Fans can sign up for presale now for a chance to win four backstage passes.
