Watch Arcade Fire, Paul Mccartney, Dave Grohl, Dave Matthews Perform Live For Preservation Hall

In case you missed it last night, The Preservation Hall Foundation held their ‘ROUND MIDNIGHT PRESERVES live stream event. The event was hosted by Preservation Hall creative director Ben Jaffe, and featured four hours of interviews and music from Paul Mccartney, Arcade Fire, Dave Grohl, Elvis Costello, Irma Thomas, Dave Matthews, Beck, Jon Batiste, Jim James, PJ Morton, Nathaniel Rateliff, and more.

The goal of the event was to continue the fundraising efforts for Preservation Hall’s music collective, which is suffering right now due to COVID-19. The event was a huge success, with thousands of people tuning in from across the world.

What is better than some of the biggest stars in the music world sharing their love for New Orleans and the amazing work at Preservation Hall?

If there is one thing I personally took away from this fundraising event, besides contributing to The Preservation Hall Foundation, it’s that creative director Ben Jaffe is truly a badass. He curated a world-class live stream that included some of the best past and present memories from the world-famous Preservation Hall.

If you happened to miss the event last night, no worries! Facebook still has the live broadcast here!

Dave Mathews joins the fun around 27:00 minute into the broadcast. You can catch Arcade Fire around the 3:32:00 mark. Dave Grohl performs an amazing solo around 3:40:00. Paul Mccartney joins the live-action around 3:52:00 mark to perform when the Saints go marching in with Dave Grohl, Dave Matthews, and other NOLA legends.
