City Bar To Host Baton Rouge’s First Silent Disco of 2019 [Details Inside]

If you haven’t experienced a silent disco firsthand, you’re missing out on some really unique vibes.

In case you aren’t familiar, a silent disco is the latest wave of parties sweeping the nation. The event features music listened to on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast via a radio transmitter with the signal being picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants.

The silent disco allows multiple DJ’s to perform at the same time in the same space. This gives the user the ability to switch back and forth between multiple channels while dancing the night away. It really is a sight to see, hundreds of users dancing quietly like the music is as loud as possible.

On January 20th, City Bar Baton Rouge and Dohm Collective will host Baton Rouge’s first silent disco. The event features local DJ’s TVBOO and DJ Concourse!

Join us for a night of art, vendors and Dj battles. Tickets are just $15-20 and are still available below!
