Le Creuset is celebrating the launch of their newest product color – CAYENNE – with exclusive “hot dish” pop-up dinner series across the United States. New Orleans’ very own Gris-Gris is one of a handful of restaurants that the brand has picked to celebrate the occasion, and YOU can be a part of the fun! Gris-Gris will be hosting a pop-up dinner on August 11 and 12, and tickets are available for purchase now. Your ticket includes a spicy welcome cocktail, wine pairings, and a 4-course meal.
The four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Eric Cook pulls inspiration from Le Creuset’s newest color and its spicy name and aesthetic, leaning into CAYENNE’s “fiery flavors.” Dishes include Gulf oyster stew, summer watermelon salad, braised short ribs & grits, and put-up satsuma custard; the perfect summer dinner to balance the hot aesthetic and representation of Le Creuset’s CAYENNE, as well as the hot summer atmosphere of New Orleans in August.

On both August 11 + 12, 6:30pm begins cocktails, with dinner starting at 7pm. Check out the menu for the evening below. With Chef Cook leading the helm, you already know it’s going to be a deliciously fun evening!
