Although Halloween in 2020 might be a different experience, there is one thing you can still look forward to, haunted houses. New Orleans Nightmare, one of the NOLA’s newest and most terrifying haunted attractions, is back for the 2020 Halloween Season!

Last year we were glad to bring you all the news, updates, and horror fill videos from New Orleans Nightmare, and this year is no different. This immersive horror experience features world-class makeup, crew, and top-notch special effects. The creative space is presented by the world’s largest Halloween themed entertainment company, Thirteenth Floor Entertainment.

With COVID still being a real threat in Louisiana, New Orleans Nightmare has released a list of COVID updates ensuring guests are safe during their scary experience. You can full the group’s official statement below, along with their lists of COVID updates here.

“Haunted houses are not concerts, sporting events, or theme parks. The nature of a haunted house is all about physical distancing; it always has been, it’s what we do normally. The attractions are linear and very seldom would you ever come within 6 feet of other patrons. You walk the attraction in a single file line with no wandering. We do everything we can to make you feel “alone”. But this year, we’re going above and beyond our normally safe and distanced methods of operation and taking it to the next level.”

New Orleans Nightmare is running from today until the end of the month, with group tours being held on Halloween night as well. All ticket buyers should purchase through the website, as walk-up guests will most likely face sold out times. be Guests will be given a certain time to register with their party. You can purchase tickets HERE.
