Pride Month is about to get a whole lot more fabulous at Saint John. The restaurant is rolling out a Sunday Drag Brunch series all month long, bringing big energy to its iconic space at 715 St. Charles Avenue.
Every Sunday in June, guests can choose between two lively seatings at 11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to experience the show. Each week will be hosted by the dynamic duo of Debbie with a D and Laveau Contraire, two of the city’s most recognizable queens, alongside a rotating cast of special guests. Expect a different lineup every Sunday.
Saint John is also partnering with PrEP on Demand, a forward-thinking, internet-based medical company led by HIV specialists focused on prevention and treatment. Throughout June, the restaurant will donate 25% of proceeds from its PRIDE month specialty cocktail, the cheekily named “Tongue in Cheek,” to support HIV awareness and access to care. The cocktail is crafted with Gentilly Barrel Reserve Gin, strawberry purée, lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
In addition to the Tongue in Cheek cocktail, and In celebration of our new home at 715 St. Charles, Saint John is offering $7.15 mimosas with Torresella Prosecco every weekend during brunch.
