Mixing Business + Pleasure, The Business Bar Continues to Boom

Combining all the things we know and love about restaurants and bars, The Business Bar adds another layer: a comfortable place of work. Where hospitality and business go hand-in-hand, The Business Bar at 4525 Freret Street opened last month on February 20 to a bustling crowd, even amid COVID-19 restrictions.

Owners Jade Newman and Jessica Robinson are two born and bred New Orleanian entrepreneurs. According to Newman, the goal for the restaurant/bar is to create the “perfect space where you can enjoy the music, enjoy the food, enjoy the drinks, but also do your work,” as shared in Uptown Messenger. Enter: The Business Bar.
