We’re all about supporting local, and so are our friends over at Bourree! The Cajun Smokehouse located at 1510 Carrollton Avenue is showing some love to local restaurants without a brick-and-mortar location by offering a unique pop-up opportunity at the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor space.

Bourree is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays (11 am – 9 pm) with a limited food/beverage menu and live music, and will open its doors each weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun, starting at 4 pm) to a local pop-up restaurant to allow industry members an opportunity to showcase their food in a new restaurant space.
Bourree will still offer its signature fresh fruit daquiris and a selection of beers for guests during pop-ups. Pop-up menus will also be updated on Grub Hub each weekend for those looking to order pop-up delivery or take out.
There’s a few distinctions separating Bourrée from other restaurants in the city, one being their dedication to sourcing the best products they can find, including chicken from one of the highest-rated farms in the country!
What does the menu consist of? Plenty of delicious options! Try one of their meat-oriented dishes including meat pies, boudin grilled cheese, chicken wings with house-made sauces, boudin links, and don’t forget the sides!
The boudin is a definite hit here, and can be enjoyed several ways including in Grilled Cheese form, Pepperjack Stuffed Balls, Meat Pies, and Links… because one can never have too much boudin.
And to wrap it all up, one of their highest rated items per Yelp and Google: chicken wings. Enjoy them saucy with jerk, sweek mango bbq, or spicy buffalo sauce. Or enjoy the classic smoked & seasoned!
