NOLAxNOLA
Though not an official “festival,” NOLAxNOLA is a 17-day citywide celebration of New Orleans music & culture. Venues all across the city are participating in this initiative through October 9. Attendees that visit any participating venue can scan and enter to win unique prizes!

National Fried Chicken Festival
Finger lickin’ good, Fried Chicken Festival is finally back and ready to take over the New Orleans Lakefront for its first year at a new venue. On October 1 & 2, it’ll be a fried chicken party with unique experiences and some new takes on fried chicken. Stay tuned for a full vendor list.

oktoberfest at DEUTCHES HAUS
Enjoy traditional German staples and sip your favorite German Beer at Deutsches Haus’ annual Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest NOLA brings Germany’s beloved celebration to the Crescent City for three weekends filled with German culture, cuisine, and fun. Daily admission to Oktoberfest is $10 (cash only) and free for children under 12 years old. Tickets can be purchased onsite and go towards supporting the mission of Deutsches Haus.

Crescent city blues & Bbq fest
Established in 2006, Crescent City Blues & BBQ continues to shine a light on New Orleans’ historic role in making the blues & R&B among the most influential sounds in the world. The festival presents many of the top performers from southern Louisiana and Mississippi, plus delicious food and unique visual art.
