King Cake Hub Prepares for 2020 Season With Over 50 Different Varieties

It’s ALMOST time to get your king cake on, New Orleans! And returning this year is the hub where you can get all your favorite king cakes in one place: King Cake Hub! Will Samuels, the mastermind behind the business, officially announced the “lineup” of what bakeries will be participating and what flavors there will be for the 2020 Carnival season.

Among some of our classic favorites including Gambino’s Bakery, Hi Do Bakery, and Bywater Bakery is a brand new flavor from Caluda’s Bakery called the Dragon Claw, made exclusively for the hub. The Dragon Claw makes its debut on January 6, 2020, and is a flaky danish dough (made with butter) with a yummy cream-cheese icing. Only 50 of these cakes will be available per day, so pre-order if you want to give it a try!

Others that we are excited for include Girls Gone Vegan’s traditional gluten-free/vegan king cake, perfect for those with dietary restrictions. Caluda’s Keto King Cake also makes an appearance as a mini purchase option. For those looking for uncommon flavors, give Zuppardo’s Blueberry Lemon Chantilly King Cake, or Cannata’s Gooey Butter Berry Cream Cheese King Cake a try!

King Cake Hub returns to the Mortuary Haunted House at 4800 Canal Street in Mid-City. View their website for more information!
