How could no one want this sweet adorable face? Bella Ann is a pup located at the Eastbank shelter location (1 Humane Way New Orleans, LA). She’s been with the Jefferson SPCA location since October 2018. Unfortunately, like many of the other dogs at this location, she is afraid of the other dogs and tends to not come out when people walk through the kennel area. According to the SPCA however, she is super sweet, loves everybody, and knows basic commands. She is eager to please and eager to meet you!
