We know the title of this article is interesting. How can an artist be all of these different genres in one? We’re not sure either, but Oliver Tree does it and does it well. The internet personality has grown a following from his wacky antics – from riding on a scooter to WWF wrestling in his live shows. You never know what to expect from an Oliver Tree performance as pop music and alt-rock collide, but you have the opportunity to experience it for yourself in New Orleans on Tuesday, August 30! Oliver Tree visits New Orleans on Tuesday, August 30 at the Orpheum Theater as part of his “Cowboy Tears – One Last Ride” tour. Tickets start as low as $32.50, and can be purchased here. His latest album Cowboy Tears, released earlier this year, is Tree’s “return from retirement” and is reminiscent of a sound Pitchfork called “cowboy emo.” Give it a listen below.
You’ll probably also hear some notable Oliver Tree tracks, including “Life Goes On.”
